# Markdown negotiation

Give an agent markdown when it asks for markdown. Tokens are the expensive part of an agent run, and raw HTML is mostly markup it will throw away.

## When to use this skill

Use this when a site fails the "Markdown negotiation" check and you need to implement it.

## Goal

Return HTML responses as markdown when agents request it

## Pass criteria

A request with Accept: text/markdown returns Content-Type: text/markdown, and HTML stays the default.
