Sitemap
A sitemap is how you tell a crawler which URLs are canonical and when they changed, without making it discover your site by following links.
Why it matters
Agents with a budget will spend it on the URLs you name. Saying nothing means they guess.
Pass criteria
A valid XML sitemap is served at /sitemap.xml, or declared with a Sitemap: directive in robots.txt.
Every request the check makes is recorded (URL, method, response status, relevant headers and a body preview) and shown under the check in your results.
How to implement it
Publish a sitemap and reference it from robots.txt
